Having worked in corporation for years, I understand the stress that can be at stake. It can easily affect the connection we feel towards both body and mind. I have felt the need for mental balance and understood that this need was shared by my coworkers and anyone working in a corporate or just living a stressful lifestyle. In this pursuit of balance, I have practiced and studied different styles of yoga, meditation, and mobility. From which I have discovered that sharing my knowledge, experiences, and guidance gives me fulfillment. It helps myself grow as a person, realizing that learning and sharing is a cycle. My hope is to help you build a sustainable physical practice with functional movements to build strength around the joints and gain a range of movements, along with a focus on mental health, using different meditation tools, and reconnecting to nature surrounding us, which brings so much peace.
