As a formerly practicing physician assistant turned holistic health coach and yoga teacher, my purpose is to help others to create their happiest, healthiest, and most balanced lives. I offer private and group, including bachelorette and corporate, yoga classes for all levels that are offered online and in person in the South Florida area along with event pop-ups. Combing my background in medicine and recent education through Institute of Integration Nutrition, I also offer holistic health coaching for individuals and groups, both online and in person. I am truly passionate about healing the mind, body, and spirit.
