This is a blend of stretch therapy & massage, depending on the specific needs of the client. We decompress the joints and vertebrae while providing tension release in the muscles of the body.
Training
$100/hr
Strength Training, Fat Loss, Yoga, & Posture Clinic all come together to grant you the body of your dreams. Every session is intended to transfer knowledge for you to take home with you.
Breathwork
$100/hr
You will learn the breathing practice that saved my life, and brought bliss into every aspect of existence. Within the same session, we relax your nervous system down to its most relaxed state, and discover what it is you really want. Then we create that dream with Manifestation Breathwork.
ABOUT
First generation American with a passion for life and people. I use to stutter every word I spoke and live every day in shear anxiety. One day, somebody taught me how to breathe. Now I enjoy every beautiful moment life throws my way and my only job on this planet is to help others do the same. Life is about effort.
